Traditional kits may use the existing room floor and require a separate heater choice; infrared cabins normally include integrated panels. We identify unknown interior dimensions or unspecified heater bundles instead of presenting a guessed minimum room size.

Published exterior height is only one input. Read the model’s required clearance and assembly access, and measure the actual ceiling.
Do infrared home saunas have the same power requirements as traditional saunas?
No universal answer: circuit and power specifications depend on the exact model and heater package. Use its manual and a qualified electrician.
